اتبع كل خطوة بالترتيب لإتمام عمرتك بشكل صحيح

1. 1. Ihram & Niyyah

   Enter the state of Ihram at the Miqat. Make your intention (niyyah) for Umrah. Wear the prescribed white garments for men; modest clothing for women.

   لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ عُمْرَةً

   Labbayk Allahumma Umratan

   Here I am, O Allah, for Umrah.

   💡 نصيحة لكبار السن: For elderly: Consider using a wheelchair service available at most Miqat points.

2. 2. Talbiyah

   Recite the Talbiyah continuously from the Miqat until you reach Masjid al-Haram. "Labbayk Allahumma Labbayk..."

   لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ

   Labbayk Allahumma labbayk, labbayka la sharika laka labbayk, innal-hamda wan-ni'mata laka wal-mulk, la sharika lak

   Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Verily all praise, grace and sovereignty belong to You. You have no partner.

   💡 نصيحة لكبار السن: Keep a transliteration card handy if you haven't memorized it.

3. 3. Entering Masjid al-Haram

   Enter with your right foot first. Recite the dua for entering the mosque.

   اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ

   Allahumma aftah li abwaba rahmatik

   O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.

   💡 نصيحة لكبار السن: Use Gate 79 (King Fahd Gate) for wheelchair accessibility.

4. 4. Tawaf (7 Circuits)

   Walk around the Kaaba 7 times counter-clockwise, starting from the Black Stone corner.

   رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

   Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan waqina adhaban-nar

   Our Lord, give us good in this world and in the Hereafter, and protect us from the torment of the Fire.

   💡 نصيحة لكبار السن: Upper floors are less crowded. Each circuit takes ~15 minutes during peak.

5. 5. Maqam Ibrahim Prayer

   After Tawaf, pray 2 rakat behind Maqam Ibrahim.

   💡 نصيحة لكبار السن: If the area is crowded, you can pray anywhere in the mosque.

6. 6. Zamzam Water

   Drink Zamzam water and make dua while drinking, facing the Kaaba.

   💡 نصيحة لكبار السن: Zamzam coolers are available on every floor.

7. 7. Sa'i (7 Laps)

   Walk between Safa and Marwah hills 7 times, starting from Safa.

   إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ

   Innas-Safa wal-Marwata min sha'a'irillah

   Indeed, Safa and Marwa are among the symbols of Allah.

   💡 نصيحة لكبار السن: Air-conditioned walking path available. Wheelchairs can use the ground floor.

8. 8. Halq/Taqsir

   Men shave or trim their hair. Women trim a fingertip length from the ends.

ما الفرق بين الحج والعمرة؟

الحج هو الركن الخامس من أركان الإسلام، يُؤدى في أيام محددة من ذي الحجة، وهو فريضة مرة واحدة في العمر لمن استطاع. العمرة هي 'الحج الأصغر' ويمكن أداؤها في أي وقت من السنة وهي سنة مؤكدة.

كم تستغرق العمرة لإتمامها؟

مناسك العمرة (الإحرام والطواف والسعي والحلق/التقصير) يمكن إتمامها في 3-6 ساعات حسب الازدحام. ومع ذلك، تشمل معظم الباقات 7-14 يوماً لتجربة روحانية كاملة تشمل زيارة المدينة.

ما التطعيمات المطلوبة للعمرة؟

تشترط السعودية تطعيم الحمى الشوكية (ACWY). قد تكون تطعيمات الإنفلونزا الموسمية وكوفيد-19 مطلوبة أيضاً. تحقق من أحدث إرشادات وزارة الصحة السعودية قبل السفر.

ماذا أجهز للعمرة؟

الأساسيات تشمل ملابس الإحرام (للرجال)، أحذية مريحة للمشي، أدوات نظافة بدون رائحة، أدوية، سجادة صلاة، مصحف، حزام أموال، وملابس فضفاضة محتشمة. تجنب العطور أثناء الإحرام.

هل تأشيرة العمرة مجانية لمواطني بنغلاديش؟

يحتاج مواطنو بنغلاديش تأشيرة عمرة. عادة تتولى وكالة السفر معالجة التأشيرة كجزء من الباقة. نظام التأشيرة الإلكترية جعل العملية أسرع — عادة 3-5 أيام عمل.
