Summary: Agencies on Tour Solvers are independent businesses. They are responsible for licenses, package delivery, pricing accuracy, and customer service for the travel services they sell.
1. Independent operators
Each Agency listed on Tour Solvers is a separate legal and commercial entity. Tour Solvers does not employ Agency staff and does not operate their tours unless explicitly stated in a written agency agreement for a specific campaign.
2. Licenses & regulatory compliance
- Bangladesh: Hajj and Umrah operators must hold valid MoRA / relevant licenses as applicable. Agencies must keep license numbers accurate on their profile.
- Diaspora markets: Agencies serving UK, US, Canadian, EU, or Australian residents must comply with applicable consumer and travel rules in those markets when selling to those customers.
Tour Solvers may display license information supplied by the Agency. Verification (verified badge) indicates additional platform review — it does not replace your own due diligence.
3. Package content & pricing
Agencies are solely responsible for:
- Package titles, itineraries, hotel names, flight routing, and inclusions/exclusions.
- Currency, deposits, balance schedules, and surcharge policies.
- Changes due to airline, Saudi authority, or MoRA circular updates.
4. Bookings, payments & refunds
Package payments go to the Agency. For travel packages listed on Tour Solvers, payment is between you and the Agency per their invoice and refund policy — you pay the Agency directly as they instruct. Tour Solvers does not act as an escrow agent and does not hold or clear package funds. Tour Solvers is merchant of record only when a product is clearly labelled as such at purchase; that labelled charge does not make Tour Solvers the collector of Agency package payments in general. See Refund & Cancellation.
5. Complaints about an Agency
First contact the Agency. If unresolved, follow our Complaints Procedure — logged-in users can file a complaint from Dashboard → Complaints.
6. Agency partner obligations (when onboarded)
Agencies with platform accounts agree to:
- Respond to inquiries within their stated SLA (recommended: 24 business hours).
- Keep listings current and withdraw sold-out departures promptly.
- Handle personal data per applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
- Not misrepresent licenses, quotas, or Nusuk / MoRA status.
